Exterior Painting – Aluminem sidings of the house?

We’re doing an exterior paint job and we have to paint the side of the house. It is aluminem and has a prefectly smooth surface. We have tried using all types of rollers and all rollers will leave a rough texture on the aluminem. The client said that he wanted it to be perfectly smooth. We’ve already painted a part of it.

Is the only way to do this is to use a paint sprayer? Nothing else seems to work. Now the problem is, we have agreed to void the contract of this project, but we have to remove the paint and restore the sidings to its original looks. I have tried using a pressure washer and it wont take of the paint, even with the strongest nozzle. I’ve also used a product called "Goof off" but this will take off our paint, as well as the original paint underneath it. I have no idea what to do now, cuz we need to take off this paint.

P.S. The client does not want us to continue with this job b/c it will not meet his expectations, so we have to remove the paint somehow.

most people say don’t pain aluminem sidings because of this, to instead replace them. i would go to a hard wear store and explain to them your problem. i’m sure they can point you into the right direction, but as dude said before, fuck that customer. he sounds like an ass. :)

    this customer seems like a piece of shit, i say, fk it, there is no way to clean that paint off
