I need to give an estimate on an exterior painting job on a 2700 ft brick wall. And I need some help!!!?
The wall has 17 Windows, one door, and an emergency exit latter, I WILL be provided with all the painting equipment!!!! But I was also ask to pressure wash the whole brick wall. Any suggestion on an estimate will be very helpful . thank you!

If you don’t have a pressure washer, find out how much it will cost to rent one. Figure out how long it will take you to spray. Be careful when you add in the extra time you’ll have to scrub by hand around the windows.
The rental plus your (hourly rate x estimated hours) plus (hourly rate x painting time) plus an additional 10% will give you a pretty good idea. That’s how I do it.
