My husband and I will be doing our victorian home soon. I have only one concern. Are you painting over vinyl, aluminum, wood? If you are painting over wood and you power wash it will be way to wet and moist to paint over anytime soon. It will also lead to the paint peeling off much too soon for all of the effort that you put into it. If you are indeed painting over wood. I suggest building an infrared paint remover. This will strip the paint and dry out the wood at the same time. It also goes alot faster than traditional heat guns. Its certainly doable but its going to take some time. Took forever to do the trim around the house, and then i did the power spraying. Its about a day or two for washing, a couple of days of trim and a day or so for the rest of the house. It all depends on how high the house is, how much up and down on the ladder you have to do, and how messy you are and the amount of touch up.
