What is the lowest tempurature acceptable for exterior painting?

We’re painting trim on our house and the white paint is leaving grey patches. Do you think it’s the paint or the 55 degree temperature?

i think its the paint because i was painting my family house with white paint and there was black patches were everywhere i thought i did something wrong but it was the paint just get new paint or cover over it
