I’m looking for something unusual… not the normal cork, rubber, concrete… some different kind of material that one wouldn’t necessarily think of

    Laminate, concrete (I’ve seen really pretty stained concrete floors), bamboo, rubber, cork, or carpet.

    How about painted or stained concrete? The only other option is carpet.
    I have painted the concrete floors in my house and just love them!
