Costs of Interior Painting?

When there are high walls, lots of windows, new walls, lots of dents in walls, etc… are these factors taken into consideration when determining price for Interior Painting? Or does it simply go by sqft of walls?

Dents and holes are added to the cost. If they have to patch then they will have to add a primer caot too. Otherwise it goes by sq ft. If you have more than two windows in a wall they may add a little for cutting in the paint around the panes. Wall hieght and windows should not add much.
Best to get a itemized break down of amount of paint needed, supplies (brushes etc..),labor, clean up, and prep work.
