		<description>I second the priming as an undercoat.  I&#039;d go with 2 coats of primer before laying on 2 coats of paint.  This is my general mode of operation &amp; though it&#039;s work &amp; time upfront it always looks good when done &amp; you won&#039;t have to turn back for any touch-ups or worry about the possibility of uneven color problems later.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

		<description>Fresh paint will not be the same in the spring, not because of the climate change so much as the dust and oxygen exposure will tend to alter the color on the walls.  Paint the room all at once and wait a week or two, checking those spot areas to make sure there isn&#039;t any surface change.  Also you can lightly sand and use a good sealing primer paint.  Professionals at Sherwin Williams website reccomend using a primer and letting it dry for a couple days and then painting the color you like over it for better coverage and keeping that &quot;fresh&quot; look much longer.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
