If you are just starting out , how can you afford 3 guys? I charge by the square foot of the room, IE: 10 x10 room @ $1.75 sq/ft = $175 plus materials plus baseboards . If it's new construction, I suggest you get a set of blueprints to a new house and put the painting out to bid to two or three paint contractors based on the blueprints.
